Is my credit card information protected?

For payments made by credit card we use PayPal. In this way, we have no information regarding your credit card account as PayPal is a secure 3rd party payment provider. You do not need to become a member of PayPal in order to pay by credit card.

Can I request a faster shipping method?

Standard U.S. Post Office or UPS is our method of shipment (5 days on average). For faster shipment, please send an email before placing an order. Contact Us

How does the Dragonfly balance?

The Dragonfly is a separate piece and not attached in any way.  There are no magnets, or counterweights used. Balance is achieved by  small amounts of bamboo that are carefully and skillfully removed.

Who is the Master Craftsman?

The Master Craftsman is a very reclusive, and private individual. At some point in the future we may divulge his name, but for the present time we will honor his privacy. All we can divulge is that he lives in the foothills of Mt. Fuji and is a Japanese national.

What is the best way to clean the Dragonfly?

A soft camel hair brush or "shaving brush" works well.
